When you install the Quickshow on your computer and connect the FB4 to laser device, find the QS software pops up exclamation mark:Laser Hardware Disconnected.What can we do ？How to check this problem?Please follow those steps:
1.Please download the full version Quickshow.The picture is Demo model, it is wrong: it can not output to laser.
2.Ethernet cable can not connect here, connect the Network FB4 port. We design the extend Network FB4 port, that can help you connect many lasers, such as multiple lasers are connected in series at the same time.(This is only for my factory laser show equipment)
4. “Laser Hardware Disconnected”, please change your computer IP address to “auto”.
5. When the hardware FB4 worked normally for some days,one day can not work, and appear the exclamation mark:Laser Hardware Disconnected. Please check the FB4 LCD screen to choose the IP address to “Auto”.
